Neerav Morjaria

Neerav is Director of Acre’s European Carbon Markets service, supporting clients with senior and executive hiring across the voluntary and compliance carbon markets. His work spans project developers, standards and certification bodies, registries, rating agencies and MRV providers, as well as brokers, traders, exchanges and buyers.

He brings more than 20 years of talent and recruitment experience, much of it from within the sustainability industry. He was previously Head of Talent Attraction at CDP and, before that, Global Head of Recruitment at South Pole, where he supported the business through a period of rapid growth from 150 to more than 1,000 people.

Neerav is deeply committed to sustainability and has a lifelong passion for wildlife conservation and the natural world. He has volunteered with organisations including the Whale Shark Research Project and London’s Royal Parks.
